Just Idle thoughts but what other series/championships are tuscan eligable for / competing in other than the Tuscan Challenge.

Obviously there is the TVRCC Challenge cup (ne Tasmin challenge)

and a car running in the northern saloons ect.

did anything come of the 750 club road sports thingy..

I ask as challenge cars sans engine are well priced. The only question i suppose though is the availability of spares for cars not running in the tc..

Best to speak to John Reid at the factory - he can give you the full gen on what people are doing and what happens with spares etc..

I was watching some Motor Sport on one of the Sky Sports channels last night and there was a Tuscan racing at Donington against a Porsche 911 drop-nose, a Ferrari, Marcos, Skyline, BMWs, Beetle RSi, even a Honda CRX. Quite a mixed bunch of cars.

I've no idea what series it was. Sorry.

Yes, that was it. Although quite what is "brit" about Ferrari, Nissan Skyline, Porsche, Honda, BMW, etc., is quite beyond me.

It's named in a manner similar to Belcar, the Belgian GT series.

Yep, there's a Tuscan running in Roadsports at the moment - not sure what engine he's got fitted though - Rover V8 rings a bell.

I don't think so - the one that does is fitted with a Rover V8 engine I believe, and will almost certainly be running on smaller wheels with road-legal tyres.
