Remember Mallaya recently sold a minority stake team to a vast Indian conglomerate (Sahara Group) who have pockets deeper than the sovereign state of Abu Dhabi. They recently tried to buy an Indian Premier cricket team (Pune) for US $ 370 million. Worry not!

As said above, Mallya doesn't own all of FI anymore, or even over half of it. He's on the way out as a team owner. There are plenty of people out there at the moment who are looking to buy an F1 team if VM needs to sell his stake.

Again, as said above, Kingfisher is a small part of his empire. It's not all he owns. It has never made a profit.

Finally, whilst the number are big, every set of airline results contains big numbers. That's the nature of the sector.
