who brings or takes what to a team

any way to have a list here of who brings what money and sponsors to a team or who takes what? Iv seen a few snipits in different threads but it would be nice to have the info in one place.

It could be a long topic this because the top four teams, ie Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes and Red Bull have some complex business partnerships. Alonso is tied into Santander, but so are McLaren for the UK marketplace. Mobil with Mclaren are tied into Mercedes passenger cars but not Mercedes F1.

A list of which drivers carry personal sponsorship may be a simpler one to answer....and then which teams have large corporate backers that are investors not driver dependent.

I suppose in simplistic terms:

Teams have sponsors
Teams have income from F1
Driver brings personal sponsors to team in return for a salary

thats what i meant, ie

sutil------brings medion and £xcxx
petrov brings £xxxx and access to the russian market. etc
