Thanks for the heads up. If it's as good as the majority of BBC4 programs then it will be excellent.

I will be in a hotel in Burgos, so a heads-up, if it is repeated, would be greatly appreciated.

Something that I would really not want to miss, having recently read the Susan Watkins book on Bernie - I just could not believe how badly BE treated Murray; I suppose he was just too busy being a genius.

If it is ever shown on the telly then it will be available on iplayer the day after so no need to worry bout a rerun

Thanks for the offer, I have a Humax HD recorder and so see most UK programmes that I have set-up to record. It is just that I am travelling north Sunday / Monday and so will miss the GP and the Murray programme, if it is on.

I live n the country in France and our broadband speed is poor, so I doubt that I would get a good download speed even if I had a VPN.

DOCUMENTARY: Angelic Voices
On: BBC 4 (116)
Date: Sunday 25th March 2012 (starting in 2 days)
Time: 21:00 to 22:30 (1 hour and 30 minutes long)

The Choristers of Salisbury Cathedral.
Film which follows Salisbury Cathedral's current child choristers over Easter and through the summer term of 2011. The separate boy and girl choirs each contain 16 of the most musically gifted eight-to-13 year-olds in the country. Their role, now as always, is to sing some of the most sublime music ever written in one of Britain's most beautiful buildings. Indeed there are many who believe the chorister's pure, clear, treble voice is the finest instrument in all music. The film spends four months with the choristers as they go about their day-to-day lives, discovering their own history and singing some of the most loved music from a sacred canon spanning six centuries from medieval plainsong to the present day. Under the direction of indefatigable choir master David Halls, they rehearse and perform works by Sheppard, Byrd, Purcell, Handel, Mozart, Stanford, Parry, Alcock and Rutter.
(Editor's Choice, Stereo, Widescreen, Subtitles)
