I thought that there was an agreement that what was offered to one team should be offered to all the others this year to. I guess this article in Pitpass http://www.pitpass.com/45726-Formula-Ones-commerci... also refers

Well judging by the results so that far thats the only position Ferrari will be winning this year.

I should have saved it; he was quoting verbatim from what seemed to be a draft of the new CA. I'd imagine that BE's lawyers got onto that one fairly quickly... Did anybody else save a copy?
