Spa tickets

The wife has just text me,
My Spa tickets have arrived, a bit early I thought I was expecting them 4 to 6 weeks before the race.
Anyone else going?

WEC at spa is in 2 and a bit weeks, so the tickets would be very late if he was expecting them 4 to 6 weeks before the event, so I'll guess at F1.

And no, my tickets haven't arrived. Probably because my wife wouldn't let me buy any.

No its not for the endurance series, in my excitement I never explained myself very well at all. It is indeed for the F1 in September, not sure when to set off Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. The favorite being Thursday afternoon.

Last 2 years there was a free pitwalk for Weekend Grandstand ticket holders on Thu eve around 1800 ? so, I would suggest very early Thu morning would be even better.

Enjoy, because you will have to wait till 2014 to do so again

Yes I've just got mine, which was a bit of a surprise. Looking forward to it. Its been a while since 2000 which was the last time I went to Spa and ended up hitching a lift with some Aussie's who'd won a trip to the GP with Fosters in their mini bus. The driver was very confused as to why he had more passengers than he was expecting!

They were very early with the tickets last year too, still, much better than being told 1 week before the event that my chosen ticket wasn't available. . . as I was a few years back by the Dutch Shysters who pretend they are the "official" agent for the GP.
