Silverstone British Grand Prix - Camping Advice Please

Going down to the GP for my son's Stag Weekend arriving late Thursday through to Sunday. Tickets for Village B Area. We are camping onsite I believe(best man did tickets, etc.) What is the best thing to do for food, etc for a party of six?
I'm down this weekend racing at MG Live but we have a race truck with full facilities, comfy beds, heating, fully stocked bar, the biz. NOT 3 two man tents and sleeping bags. The advice of the PH collective would be much appreciated, thanks in anticipation.
eta thanks for replies so far. When racing we go into Towcester for curry, etc. Can you go off-site easily to fetch supplies then re-enter the place?

On site camping is good (woodlands), more than 1 place to buy beer, several fast food places and a big top\canopy thing where they have music and films. The track is a 10 minutes walk away and has stuff going on all day and at night so other options there.
Its all rather expensive though. what I did is buy a big cool box (Coleman 5 day xtreme) and filled that with ice and beer. Still ice after 3 days and fits plenty of cans! If you can take a camping stove and or BBQ and some stuff for making breakfast (sausages bacon eggs etc if you like that sort of thing) so you can rustle something up outside your tent. Being charged £4 for a bacon sandwich hurts...
If the weather carries on like this the site will be very muddy (so take wellies and some old bits of carpet to use under your tyres when you get stuck!). Take some proper waterproof clothes if you can. We went last year and the amount of people walking around in inches of mud in just their shorts and flip flops was suprising and they didn't look best pleased.

The toilets have a short life expectancy. The first day they are OK but from then on they get a bit high. I took my own toilet tent with Porta-potty. When I came back to my tent on the Saturday there was a queue for it! So it wasn't only me whose nostrils were affronted.
The sites are by no means up to Caravan Club standard of quietness after 7pm though.
