Going with my 18 year old son.Pick up by coach from Cardiff early morning on Friday 31st August, three nights in Hotel in Belgium including breakfast, general admission tickets and coach to circuit for Saturday and Sunday, leave for home monday morning.

I was going to drive over and sort out Hotels myself but the above worked out alot cheaper plus no issues with drinking and driving.

We are both looking forward to the trip.

Yep, I'll be there also - working on the Thursday & Friday with GP2 / GP3 clients; but then relaxing & enjoying at the weekend.
Managed to get a cancellation for a couple of rooms in the Radisson in Spa, so a bit of comfort as well.

First GP at Spa, so looking forward to it enormously.

If you have weekend admission tickets, you can also get in thursday afternoon/evening. The drivers are usually out and about down the pit lane so you have some good chances for photos and autographs etc.

Also the camp sites are a bit hit and miss. Some have good facilities other leave a lot to be desired!

Booked with Leger Holidays, all for £399 each so total of £798 plus the cost of all food except breakfasts.

I thought it was a good price as if I drove over in the Porsche it would probably cost four tanks of petrol £360,ferry probably £100,three nights in a Hotel about £300 if I could get one near the circuit and if any are available, admission tickets and other bits and pieces.

So its not a lot cheaper as I stated but definately cheaper and less stressful and have a three nights away so a nice relaxing time with no worries of drinking and worrying about driving.

Went for the first time last year and going again this year. Cant wait!

Got general admission tickets again this year and will be there all weekend, was hoping to go italian grand prix the weekend after but lack of funds put an end to that idea frown. shame as the swiss mountain roads look gorgeous!

C'mon! Someone must have something to say about this one.

What's going to happen between RB and the FIA in the next month

Which team will make best use of the break & the two week lead up?

Which car is currently best suited for Spa?

Who's going to see it live?

Why is Kimi so great at this circuit?

Is Bernie going to have to do the Perp Walk when the Germans come through the Ardennes to get him? (Whoops, they've tried that one before...)

See? I did it! No mention of Schu ....... Damn!

Win for Kimi PLEASE! bounce 250-1 bet on him to win a GP this year (that caused much hilarity on here a few months ago) not looking so stoopid now!

Which eeyjit bookie gave you that price? Surely it was before he actually signed for Lotus? He's 11/2 for Spa (at the mo')!

I would have had a nifty on that bet any day (if I had copped it) - not that I am a betting man, you understand...
