What takes the biggest balls...

Browsing the ads and I spotted a single seat hillclimb 'car', which got me thinking about throwing one of them at full whack up a stage, and how big your balls must be to actually fully commit to a fast time.

So, in the modern age of motorsport, which form takes the biggest b0llocks?

TT bike racers IMO, but rallying in WRC form as there is no room for error wins an honoury mention.

It's got a motor, it's a sport so yes imo Class 1 off shore power boats need knackers like small moons.

I use to love going to watch these race down at Plymouth. It's a shame they don't visit the UK anymore, the series seems to be based heavily around the Middle East now. I guess that's where the money is!.

I have no 'off switch'. It makes me either brave or mental. This is down to a head injury when I was about 14. I don't know how it works, but its fking good.

Scott (IIRC) still hold the course record at my local hill climb (Loton Park). Watching those Goulds and Pilbeams thread their way through the trees flat stick is mighty impressive.

Another vote here for TT races, and those that race at the Northwest 200 and the Ulster GP around Dundrod. The latter two are like the TT, but with full-grid starts

When you set of for a TT race, from the start line, not warmed up, neither are the tyres, neither are the brakes etc and within 30 seconds you're doing 160+ mph down Bray hill, which amounts to less than a village high street with a corner at the bottom lined by stone walls and houses.
