2013 Race Dates/circuits

I know it's still early, but when will the provisional dates be available for 2013? No sign of anything on the Britcar website.
Also, there is normally discounted tickets available for he 24 hour race, but again nothing mentioned.
Just trying to plan things ahead.

How come there is no 24 hr race this year.

I think the official reason is one of cost as it is getting too expensive to run and they need a partner to make it worthwhile so they are going to run it every other year instead.

Out of interest, what TVR-bodied cars will be running in BritCar '13 ???

i did see another calendar that included 2 days at Brands in November.
Also I think the TBA in July may well be Brands GP.

No way of knowing until each individual entry list appears. There is usually a Sagaris or two the usual suspects being http://www.teamholdenracing.com/ and Steve Glyn.

I believe Danny Winstanley will be out this year as well in his Green machine.

So will definately be going to those rounds as well as DTEC

Yes,

We should be doing a few rounds this year in our own V8 sagaris, the car is just nearing completion, it is built from a road going speed six sagaris and will still be road legal.

It is the same car we ran in GT cup with the LS engine and a few other modifications.

Danny will be sharing the drive with his older brother Brett,need to get plenty of testing done before we go racing.

The TBA is Rockingham and the first and last rounds at Donny are Thursday test with Saturday race - nothing Friday du to the noise police......
