Can anyone recommend a decent (free) fantasy league website ? the guys at work fancy a bit of competition between us this year...

Castrol edge grand prix predictor is one of the best going its free and theres prizes to be won! Theres always a piston heads league set up on there as well. They will be starting it up again soon for the 2013 season

You could try BadgerGP

Only tried it once but I thought it was good - enough interaction to keep you interested but not too much to put you off. You can create your own mini league(s) or join others.

Will be doing it this year.

Worth a look, IMO.

Agreed, played 2 seasons on Badger GP now and it's good fun if you've got a good league going with friends/colleagues. Very simple too so you don't have to waste any time on there fiddling around with things constantly.
