Ring Crash 2013

Nasty crash for a Civic Type R at the ring a couple of weeks ago, lucky for the person driving, it went in backwards, but that was still a big hit.

The road isnt open until March, so not from this year.

still a nasty one, probably caused by someone not realising adenaur forst was coming up, it's a very common place for newbies to crash, that was quite an extreme example of it!

nasty one. And expensive too, not just for the car repairs either. All three levels of barrier, ages to do it all. not going to be cheap. One of the reasons I'm petrified about going.

The Ring was open for TF on the weekend of 5/6th January this year. However, looking at the state of the trees and the bright sunny weather, I'd agree that it definitely wasn't from this year.

He didn't even get as far as Adenaur Forst though, loosing it on the slight crest out of Foxhole.

Bloody hell. I don't think he knew the left kink was there. Easy to do if you do not know the track as it is a blind entry at serious speed.

They should show clips like this to all new drivers turning up to tourist days and make them watch what can go wrong before attempting their first laps.

I think this clip would put a lot of people off buying lap tickets, which is not what they want.

that wasn't a couple of weeks ago, if only the weather here was so nice, it's been snowy for weeks and I haven't seen the sun since before christmas.
