I don't know if this has been asked before? (Probably). But, does the code multi21 that Red Bull used in the previous gp mean for driver 2 to finish ahead if driver 1? Last year webber received a message multi12 to let Vettel through. Just a thought

Yes but Multi12 is the only one that needs to be listened to, apparently.

Unless you are Webber, who will attempt to overtake regardless.

Not according to his own words, but ho hum.

...to keep a gap and back off from challenging Vettel in the final laps, he still sounded unrepentant afterwards when announcing: “I’m not fine with it, no. Of course I ignored the team and I was battling to the end.”
