Not sure if its at all possible without access to Williams records (SN etc) but...

Need some serious beard help. Lady at work inherited this F1 car wheel from her father. Would like to keep it and make something of it and is interested in the history. Story goes that its from a 1994 williams and was from Damon Hill's car and the father was given it by an employee of Williams.

Obviously it says williams on it and does match the type of wheel fitted to the cars. Apparently has a date stamp of 1993 and to me, it doesnt look like the crash in 1994 would do this much damage.

Could it just be a test session crash?

Hi Sorry to jump in on the thread, but I am wondering if you found out a way to trace the wheel?
I have a wheel that I would like to trace, I was told that it was used by Damon Hill but without proof I am reluctant to believe this.
