Well, what a fantastic 2 days that was! Some very close racing and plenty of on and off track action. A couple of spectacular incidents too (I suspect Red Bull may not be popular with Club100 any more).
Much celebrations ensued in my team as Bristol B not only won all of their races, but also came second overall in the Rookie championship. With most of the A team graduating this year, I think its safe to say we're sorted for next year! It was my first actual race meeting (having only done test days beforehand) but I am certainly going to get more involved next year!
As well as the aforementioned PHer I met briefly on Monday night (I do apologise, I cant remember what you said your name was), I bumped into Synchromesh on Tuesday at the drivers briefing. Turns out we were in the same race, in line astern on the grid! A brilliant private battle ensued for the duration of the race, and post race we had a look over each others cars in the paddock before taking each other for a brief hoon.

That would be me.
But yeah it was good, I was a bit annoyed that they didn't restart the race I was in. The big Red Bull inflatable coming down, and me just getting under it.
I finished 11th in the drivers championship, so not bad, could have done better though.
What lap times did you manage?

A bit late here I know but good to see you there Matt, and thanks for the battle. Better luck next time
I nearly had you back at least 3 times on the last 2 laps... but every time I lined up a pass, I got bandited by someone lapping us.
(I know, excuses excuses
)It was a good race though, we seem to be very evenly matched drivers! It was interesting noting our different lines through the same corners

Yep, some bits I was pulling away, other corners you were clawing back distance and I was having to go all defensive on you, which then slowed me down even more...It's a been a great season though - for me the highlight was Llandow. Had a great weekend there topped off by going home with a medal.
