Sadly I finished the GT Championship in second place loosing by just one point. What a season, class D Champs only marred by a car we have not had race in the championship all year, take the fastest lap point from me resulting in my second place .Bummer really, as I would have taken the first Championship for TVR in the Combe GT's.I did the best race I have done this season if not in my whole racing carrier with six laps in the low 1:10,s and one lap in the 1:09,s , the quickest I have been round Combe. Thanks to Powercrazy Motorsport for prepping the car, Phil Foreman you all know for spannering at the races and my Sponsors "Crowthorne". Thought this video would fire you all up for the final round at Donny

Well done mate, finally broke the 09s
Tough brake about the ringer, was he a mate of the new champs dare I ask?
Still, you've had a good run in the car this year which has been well overdue.
Not a bad season at all.

Thanx Mark for all the support this season. It has been an absolutely brilliant, friendly and well supported championship/race season, we loved nearly every race (not the wet one in the Armco at Folly). The car was prepared by Powercrazy Motorsport, the best race car prep team in the South West. For the first time in three years I got to race properly this year. Not sure if the Tuscan Challenge will be back at Combe anytime soon, a couple of us suggested it last year for this year but it fell on deaf ears. You never know though never say never. Castle Combe gets the biggest crowd of any race circuit we go to in the Challenge by a country mile. We were stunned to see 5,000 plus people turn up for Motors Live weekend, three deep all round the circuit.

Crowthorne Racing will defiantly be back next year for some more ,be rude not too clap

Hi Colin

Thank you for the support this year. The car sounds absolutely fantastic as plenty of people have told me over the year. Infact if I had a pound for every time someone told me that, I wouldn't need a sponsor biggrin I just get to hear it from the seat, not as good I fear. Hear it for yourself here....

Not sure what we will be doing next year depends on quite a few things that usually get put into place during the winter. We will defiantly be doing the first round next year.
