Just wondering if anybody is going or has been previously,was it any good,any hints tips greatly appreciated.

Was there 3 years ago, great event. We saw the stages on day 1 and 2 but no real hints or tips to give as its all very well laid out and easy to get around. Marshalling is relaxed so you can walk the stages to get a good spot. Enjoy.

Went in 2009 and last year. Biggest benefit it is free! However, the marshalls aren't that relaxed in my experience. They have no idea about the use of the whistle in response to approaching cars, using them like traffic cops if you attempt to walk on the tarmac along the stage (despite being 30 mins before 000). Spanish youffs can be tiresome too (non-stop weed puffing and sunflower seed gnawing everywhere I went last year!)
Service park is well laid out though and accessibility great immediately after shakedown. Crowds for the mickey mouse salou stage were ridiculous - don't bother if it's being run this year.
