Done with F1. Best place to watch Indy/CART racing on TV ?

As per the thread title really.
When Nige went across the pond I enjoyed three or four seasons of Indycar racing.
Last weekend a mate sent me this link :

Having viewed this and fallen asleep 26 laps into last Sunday's F1 race, I though I might switch my allegiance to across the pond.
Where's the best place to view it on TV/Sky ?

Are their still two series CART/Indycars ?
