WTCC to race on Nurburgring Nordschleife

Looks like the WTCC will be holding a race on the Nordschleife next season. Can't wait for that one!

Sounds good, interesting to see how quick the cars go compared to the gt cars.

If the grids don't pick up or other series added to it seeing less than 20 cars will get boring very quickly.

Not very, I would suggest the amswer will be

WTCC is pretty rubbish, putting it on at the Ring aont improve the cars or driving standards

Designed for TV, can't see many people turning up to see a few Euro boxes go past 5 times with 9 minute gaps between appearances.

Isn't the plan for it to be one of the support races for the 24hrs?

Do any of the regional Touring Car series run to the same rules as WTCC? They might be able to entice some guest entries.

Itll be a 6 lap race ahead of the 24 hours.

Its the only way it would work, be interesting to see a "short" race on the track.
