Monte Carlo Rally 2016 Spectating advice

I have the opportunity to go to watch SS 16 - Col de l'Orme stage of the Monte Carlo rally on Sunday. Has anyone ever spectated on this stage and can give me some advice or tips on where to park etc and what time the road closes prior to the cars coming through?
