First time at Mexico for WEC and it's about to start. Looks like a good crowd and it should be a good race with Porsche having to get past Audi and lots of action in LMP2 and GTE classes

  1. 7 Audi so lucky to run out of fuel in the pit lane earlier…

The final hour was interesting.

In other news, as F1's TV coverage gets ever more marginalised you could watch the WEC online, on a choice of 2 satellite channels (BT Sport 3, and MotorsTV) and the highlights will be on several other channels.

Was a good race.. also streamed on Eurosport Player, live with commentary and no advert breaks.

I hope next year WEC drop the fee to watch. I understand that they spent A LOT of money on the app and are trying to get the costs back, but it's free to watch ELMS online direct from their site (although you don't get a choice of cameras on cars to pick from). Just want more people to embrace it as it is brilliant racing.

I'm happy to pay for the app coverage - full video, multiple in-car choices, live timing and Radio LM commentary - perfect when combined with racing of the quality seen last night!

Fair point.

Last nights race was good, but have to say that Spa is still my favourite from this year so far. Although being at Le Mans was also a highlight smile

I have BT Sport so get to watch it which is lucky.

I thought it was a great race. Being such a small circuit meant there wasn't a lot of clear track which made things fun! Crowd were up for it too.

Quite a few errors being made by all the top P1's but the right result. Think Toyota could have been very close if they hadn't have punted off that P2.

P2 was close.

Happy Aston won but was surprised Ford weren't on top having turbos at that altitude and their advantage at LM or have they only got a low down force set up for LM? Or BoP?

A few people were surprised they weren't faster...have to wonder what they are doing!
