i guess the killer problem for this sort of thing is always location or rather finding a suitable venue

It could be a sort of glorified track day - at bruntingthorpe (sp?) or somewhere - 1/4 mile runs on the straight..a circuit set up elsewhere.

Or Rockingham perhaps.

it was the concept i was interested in as much as anything else - it's almost like the people who want to compete have already got enough cash to do the caterham Academy or whatever..!
