Anyone know who Tim Matthews is?

Go through the archives for this forum. He did run the Exchange + Mart/Grand Prix Driver thing, but there were a lot of complaints that he only ran it to get enough money to do his own racing. Also, I believe there was mention that the winner had to bring sponsorship, despite winning the 'free' drive, and that all the finalists had to sign to his management company, presumably for a fee and a small percentage!!!

I *think* he did some kind of single seaters, like Sports 2000. Have a good search through the archives though, I remember that there was one bloke who went on a personal mission to expose the scam (allegedly) behind the race scholarship. IIRC, his name was James Croft, and he ended up making so many allegations that he got banned from PH !
Saw the latest 'So you want to be an F1 driver' programme the other night on Men and Motors. So, here's this Matthews guy ridiculing the contestants for driving too fast and over revving. They're trying to be racing drivers aren't they? What's the problem in over-revving anyway? What exactly are his credentials?
