Gaining Mechanics Skills With Britcar Teams?

hi guys and girls,

im a 16 year old motorsport engineering student studying at wiltshire college lackham. in the future i would like to be involved with gt/sportscar racing teams and the ultimate goal for me is to be working for a team racing at le mans. anyway i was wondering if any one could point me in the direction of some teams or people who would/could give me a chance to gain some experience with them or there teams. i would be happy making tea/coffee or cleaning wheels.

Terry Wilson is the team manager.

One of their cars next year is doing the Dutch Supercar Challenge, going to Spa, Assen, Nurbergring GP, etc
