ive never been before. Is it any good?? What is the basis of the show?? Are there many trade stands or is it all display?

Difficult to say - there are probably more trade stands than purely show, but the latter tend to take up more floor space. If you need race kit its not a bad place to start...

its ok, there are a lot of trade stands, although for our end of things the race retro show in march is better, I'll be doing both. its a good chance to catch up with fellow racers

you can get some good deals, towards the the end some of the show reps will settle for cash for some items way below list, we bought quite a lot of kit in 2005
