have you tried counting backwards? its very hard. nobody can do it fast enough to count backwards in milliseconds.

Because they buggered it up?

You're right, though whilst you can't count in milliseconds, you don't have to the problem is in deciseconds which are easy to count silently.

God knows if the centiseconds are right, though. (And I don't)
