BRSCC membership
Discussion
Don't want to be seen as a total skinflint but as someone who is only able to compete as a shared car in a small number of races I was less than impressed to be told by the BRSCC that I have to have 'Racing membership' at £150! It just that already being a TVRCC, BARC, DDMC, and Sporting Bear member and having paid a £120 'registration' fee for the series it all adds up. Does anyone know if there are any reciprocal arrangements for 'invited clubs' that I can take advantage of? How many cars for the grid at Oulton so far??
Best regards, Tony

Neil, it's only at Colins because we didn't want to have a crap car and a crap driver! It makes sense to cancel out any possible disadvantage, the only trouble now is that I can't blame the car anymore!! The next round of mods are the really important ones with a V10 Hellcat engine being fitted, should be able to go really fast in a straight line!! The operation seems to have been a success apart from the fact that they still didn't find my wallet, even if they had there's bu**er all in it these days!!
Best regards, Tony

Thanks Howard...are you set for the season then?
Sort of - pick up engine and new seat next week - also need extunguisher re-charging & then need to set the car up.
Also need some tyres & a fresh bottle of Amaretto - oh and a new battery. The Tuscan has run out of electricity...
Looking forward to it though - should be good!
How's the engine - you set for the season yet Mark?
