Thats next weekend sorted then. I'm assuming that MotorsTV will have live coverage of this for us folk at home to enjoy - not jealous AT ALL!!!!

I'm pretty sure that vetteheadracer is also heading out there. I wonder if Dave Richards will be able to claim he's an "owner" by then? Thats it Dave, spend £1/2bil and then get whooped by the Vettes.

The prodrive Aston Martin's aren't entered. The only other GT1 entry is a private DBR9.

Corvette Racing are becoming a victim of their own success in that no noe will come out to play any more unless the rules are seriously slanted in their favour.

Johnny O'Connell (one of the drivers of the #3 Corvette) suggested that they let the Corvette run unrestricted to see if it could beat the LMP class cars given that the GT1 class is now pretty meaningless!!

Oh! forgot to say I am flying out Thursday for the race and staying out for the ALMS St. Pete's race on the 31st of March.

Almost as meaningless as LMP1 too!

LMP2 and GT2 should be corking this year though. Can't wait to see what the two Dyson RS Spyders are capable of.

So where are the 007/009's racing this year? If not LMES or LMS then where?

So far just Le Mans, although maybe today's news might change that.

Just checked the schedules for the weekend and MotorsTV have this from about 1:30pm Saturday to 2am Sunday all live. Thats one tv tied up, now I just need one for the cricket, one for the F1 and another for the "soap mistress" in the house.

F1 starts at 2am on Sunday morning so a 30 minute clash with the Sebring coverage but no doubt they'll be talking rubbish for the first 30 minutes anyway!

There's also a Barrera fight live from Vegas with coverage starting at 1am. So much for getting any sleep this weekend.

Prodrive are running the 24hr Le Mans with 007 and 009. Aston Martin Racing are running in the FIA GT's also.
So looks like the only time Pratt & Miller will have any real competion this year will be Le Mans.

We have LM tshirts on, beer in hand, Sebring beads around our necks, cow on the BBQ,Motors on the TV and Speed on the PC!!!!

Take a look at Speedtv.com you can get free access to live onboard footage by registering - it doesn't like Firefox, seems to like IE only.....

Try it in widescreen it's incredible!!!
