2 day meets...turn up the Friday evening/night/some silly hour of Saturday morning, do final checks, find dinner, decamp to a motorhome/awning to have drink/banter. Go to sleep. Saturday wake at some ungodly hour, sign on, go to scrote (hope, go to new drivers briefing (if you haven't raced at the circuit in that format previously), get to the holding area 20mins before qually (when called), qualify, minimum 3 laps, finish qually, check the car over again, splash of fuel, any adjustments, wait to be called for race. Race, finish, feel chuffed, have a quick beer, check car over, relax until the next morning, potentially qually again, and race again.
Basically a 1 day meet is the same only not quite

I agree. But the fact the whole dealership want to come and watch the races could prove a problem.... And theres a print out of the race dates on the notice board(Not put there by me, i wanted a low profile)

I have a cunning Plan.
As part of the sales drive arrange for the dalership to sponsor the race, and arrange for all the new car collections to be from Brands. you can get a hostility unit quite cheap for the formalities and im sure the punters wuould be well impressed. we could even get the drivers to pop in and say hi.
SO there you go. you get to go to the race and your punters get their new motors and be well impressed with the service :-p
