Cresta? Velox? Victor? Viva? VX4/90?

Pray do tell. I may have an answer for you....

Mine's the Belmont.

Overweight? Nah. 1100Kg with 700bhp/600lbft torque is ok.

I'm now scouring the scraps of paper I had with the guys phone number in Teeside that does panels.

Since when has the Vectra challenge regs allowed composite panels? You could start with the windows - go polycarb, it'll save a bag of weight.

if you want them making in Hi quality light weight GRP let me know ? we can make any race/road car panel from a good metal/grp/carbon panel.

If you're running in the LMA Eurosaloons (which swallowed the Victor Challenge), don't the car's have to run loosely to the spec to be in the right class?

Or Britcar which, well, has no rules (they let my Belmont in!).

I'd be interested hear what you're running in.

Another outfit to ask is X-Sport Racing Ltd in Bracknell. John Cross's outfit does carbon panels for various cars, and that would save you loads of metric pounds. Cost you lots too.
