Haven't actually timed it yet, but apart from a bit of time lost through over-driving, I wonder how this lap compares to a quick driver in a modern Formula car?

That lap looks to be about a 1:08, which is a pretty reasonable time for a current GT2 car (Ferrari 430/Porsche 997).

An LMP2 type car will do 59s, while a '94/'95 F1 car will do 57s on Avon tyres in the BOSS series.

A modern F1 car, with a modern driver, would probably do 54s or 53s, I guess - possibly quicker.

Looks more like a ~1:03 lap to me judging by when he goes under the clock along the start / finish straight.

I'd still expect it to be a few seconds quicker TBH as a 250bhp SR3 Radical will do it in 1:07 (an SR8 in 1:05), but I guess a lot depends on whether it was running new tyres etc.
