Dear all,

Just a reminder to you all to get your 24 Hour Entries in fast.....James went to the Nurburgring 24 Hour a few weeks ago and we have seen a steady increase of foreign entries.

I don't want our UK drivers / teams to miss out...

If you are missing a driver or so please send me an e-mail and i put it on our website.

This will be the best event to date!!!! Come on guys lets get 80 cars on the grid...lets fill those driver slots!!

Call me in the office if there is anything we can do to help all teams make it a success this year!!

For those teams either recruiting or finalising driver line-ups, I'm sure the question of insurance has cropped up (or will over the next few weeks).

Any teams requiring insurance quotations for the Britcar Silverstone 24 Hours should contact me directly at andy.hancock@thedavisgroup.co.uk as our terms for the race weekend are now available.

Oh if its a sales pitch...

...and those teams looking for comprehensive photographic coverage please
do not forget to make arrangements with your friendly EERC photographers, Izzy & Paul, prior to the start of the race weekend (this actually applies to all meets). byebye

Seeing as everyone else is getting in on the act.

I have a professional driver available for the weekend who has experince of British GTs and is a driver coach for a larger German manufacturer.

He has coached drivers such as the Mansell brothers and Ollie Oakes.

Also he holds and FIA International B

Not to be outdone: I`m an extremely good looking 40 year old man, 6`2" with hazel brown eyes and a lovely come to bed smile. A well defined muscular physique, a broad range of interests and comfortable within a wide social spectrum of people. I`m available Monday through Saturday for discreet escorting services in and around the home counties (females only I`m afraid). Sadly quality doesn`t come cheap so please don`t embarrass yourself by calling unless you`re very wealthy or you`ve saved up for a hell of a long time.

If money is tight I do know of a much cheaper alternative who whilst possessing none of the above qualities can at least rent you out a motorhome as well.

Have you lot no shame, it would be like me coming on here and telling the whole world I run 911virgin.com a company that buys and sells used Porsches from their base in Uxbridge near Heathrow and that the company always had a stock of 30 to 40 great value cars in stock.

How you live with yourselves I`ll never know frown

Henry smile

Come on Simon, it`s no use trying to throw the good people of interworldweb off the scent. It`s always been the same in motorsport, the ugly drivers hook up with a good looking co-driver to try and balance things out and pull them along in the looks dept a bit smile

Remind me to show you a new trick I learned in Spa using 2 beer bottles & a couple of fingers next time I see you.

H

Are you saying you fancy Steve? eek

Fair point though!! I had to train really hard to carry Steve with the driving this year....it's only fair he carries me in the looks dept and gets me some girls.

That trick with the bottles sounds good. Who taught you it? I have a trick of my own I can show you using engine oil, a suspension strutt and an impact wrench! yikes

I will let Steve know how you feel. But, I think he is more into girls!! I'll let you know. xx

I`m only repeating what the ladies in the paddock were telling me. Although having said that from a certain angle in the right light.........

Anyway the good news is that one of the girls who hangs around the Porsche club paddock spotted you at Spa, I think she was a bit overcome by the fact you`d won and was probably looking more at the inner Simon.

Give me a call on the mobile if you want her number

Some guys have all the luck !

Do let us know how it goes smile

Looks like Pete Morris in a wig and glasses - and, I must say, no improvement.

I've got Laura Ashley curtains, Paco Rabanne aftershave, and a Ben Sherman shirt, but I've never seen a Pete Morris portfolio. Is it genuine hand-tooled faux leatherette, with the PMC Midlands logo inlaid in gold leaf?

How did we get here from "24 hour entries" ?

I know a company that does motorhomes too, but I have no affiliation with them and won't be earning any money out of it either . . .

Henry, you are too modest.

Sorry Paul, back on track now.

What is the limit on the grid at Silverstone?
