One of our lot hired one of these TVs for the weekend ( £50 ) excellent picture and coverage ..and the sound was very good .


Anyone else try it ???

I first saw them in Melbourne and did intend to get one at Silverstone- but they were all rented out frown They do look very good though, so I will be trying in the future.

We had access to a pool of them over the w/e and i was very impressed.

On the other hand it looks like we will get stiched over the cost of buying the handset once they are available to purchase over here (currently you can only rent them) Somw were suggesting that you'd be looking iro £500 when in the us they are more like $300.

The only real downside to them that i see is that they didn't build in a TV tuner as well or else i would be the first in the que.

If you are off to loads of major meets then i would suggest they will become as invaluable as the fold up chair has in the next few years biggrin

Did any of you have much problem queuing to return them? The Autosport article suggested that this is the one area they are trying to improve.

yep - nightmare to do in Monaco - told them I would post it on return to the UK
