Hi

How is doing Britcar at combe this weekend.

I am helping out a team, wondering if somebody could help me out with some questions,

Do you use 2 driver in a race
Do both drivers have to qualifing.
In the 50minute race, do you do a driver change.

Anything else do you think I should know, before I saturday

I will be at Combe this weekend also.

A 50 minute race can be done by one driver.
A Pit Stop is compulsory between 30 and 70% of the race distance - It does not have to be a driver change or a fuel stop.

Or at least thats as I understand it! I hope so as I'm the only one thats scheduled to be out in our car at the moment!!

Anyone of 6 foot plus that fancies an outing at Combe this weekend for a sensible budget let me know!!

So in the pit stop, if you dont do a driver change, or anything else, do you just have to sit there, for a time.

is there like a minium time for the pit stop to be

You can do a driver change but you don't HAVE to. The car must be in the pits for 60 seconds - this is the time from the entry of the pit lane to the exit of the pit lane. The race can be done by 1 or 2 or even 3 drivers I suppose. 1 PitStop is compulsory and so most people will have 2 drivers per race I would think...

I am helping out Rod, I am 16 and just finished my exams, and planning to do motorsport at college, Lackham college, at them moment i only help out at any castle combe meetings. This is my first season of helping out.

I am helping out with Britcar on sunday and then doing Formule plamer audi on sunday and for the rest of the season helping out a Formulae ford team
