Was reading a comment in last weeks Autosport about the Nigel/Mike Ferrari/McLaren spy saga which was very intersting indeed.

Ferrari keep saying that Mike is employed by McLaren and therefore the team must take full responsibility for his actions and take any penalty that comes their way...

Well, Nigel works for Ferrari, so if it was indeed Nigel that sent those documents to Mike, then as an employee of Ferrari, they must take full responsibility too.

In other words, if one party is found to be guilty of breaking any rules, then both parties are guilty and what ever punishment is handed out, must be handed out to both McLaren and Ferrari.

I noticed today that the Ferrari International Association (FIA) is now allowing Ferrari to appeal over the none-punishment handed to McLaren. The worst thing that could happen to F1 is if the ruling is overturned and only McLaren are effected (see initial comments).

That would prove once and for all that the governing body favours Ferrari at every turn... frown
