btcc 2007 silverstone

sorry if already been asked but last year i went to btcc at silverstone and was wondering if any one knows why it isn't there this year

I was there last year it was a great event, i think they got there application into late and rockingham got the extra round instead.

TOCA offered Silverstone a date in April. Silverstone said they couldn't do it and asked for another date. TOCA Told them it was that or nothing and the round went to Rockingham instead!
