Heard on the grape vine hes taking his Yank out and replacing it with a Japanese race engine to see if he can get it to WOK right next year!
Any1 else heard anything???

If he couldn't get it to work for 7 days would he be able to get a note for a week off wok??????????? woohoo

PS Has he had the results from the clap clinic yet?????????

PPS You could hardly put him back 10 places for his engine change on this years performances. He'd be starting in, er, Sheffield.

Be a shame as he's just got it sorted, was running very well last race.

maybe cars should be limited to Engines that have been fitted to TVR's or Engine derivative's this would allow USA V8's.

I don't think a rice engine is in the TVR spirit. IMHO

Yup steve's car was running nice at brands .. always starts off really strong and fades during the laps though, might be too heavy and killing the tyres? If I were Steve i'd be sticking with the existing V8 and try to sort the drop-off in pace during the race .. there's far more time to come from that car from sorting the chassis than there is from sorting the engine imo ..

I did look at running a Lexus V8 in the Tuscan at one point... with twin turbos evil

Wasn't fading much when I was trying to catch him confused

Steve's laptimes on MST were consistant - particularly on the Sunday yes

No idea why he's changing the engine! I belive its the Driver laugh who's not up 2 the job!!! ???tumbleweed Maybe its because he has'nt raced for the last 2 seasons! ??? !
