To Max Mosley, from an old friend
Discussion
Pitpass.com has posted a very thoughtful essay by the veteran motor racing journalist Mike Lawrence.
He begins and finishes it with his reflections on the Italian culture and mentality generally, of which he is quite fond, and on Ferrari specifically.
In between, Lawrence addresses some pointed questions to Max Mosley, with reference to a few little-known incidents in the man's motor sport past.
If you've wondered whether Mosley really was what he smelled like, the essay's worth a read.

Between this Lawrence essay and the revelations in Nigel Stepney's letter to Mosley, also published on 4th October, it's apparent that things are even worse than one thought.
