Indeed, I caught the last 45 minutes of it. Fantastic watching the older cars, they move about so much more than the cars of today. A decent watch, especially for Sky 3!
Yes, watched it, enjoyed it. The Banzini accident certainly brought home the true danger of motorsport in the 60's, compared to all the bo**ox that goes on these days.
The other great Monaco film is the Roman Polanski film "Weekend of a Champion" which is a fly on the wall film following Jackie Stewart during the weekend of the 1972 race. This was shown on Channel 4 a few years ago and I'm lucky enough to have a copy of it.
The early satalite channel 'Screensport' used to show all sorts of stuff on early F1, Indy and rallying, and I must have a dozen videos of hours and hours of historic motoring films. I was recently watching a series of season reviews from 1970 to 1980. Just top stuff.
