You get a copy with any MSA licence. You can buy copies from the MSA. The motor club you belong to gets three copies when they register with the MSA each year and so should be able to loan you one.
Licence holders can read it online on the MSA site, I don't think non-licence holders get access to that section.

Can't say too much but I'm part of the design team for the new pit lane and paddock at Silverstone - I think there are some key requirements in the MSA Blue Book for each class of race that I can apply to my design to back up some assumptions, I was just after a copy to confirm what these were. I've ordered a copy from the MSA website for our office for £24(couldn't find it earlier!)RDM said:

Mac, you should also review the FIA requirements as they will potentially vary to the MSA ones.
Ideally, you should speak to people (like me) who work within pit lanes to find out what actually goes on
Mainly people don't and that's why we get pit lanes like Donington which launch cars in the pit lane over the humps.

I dont have a blue book to hand and am trying to clarify the ruling on harnesses this year. I was led to believe that 6 pointers are now mandatory, could someone clarify for me if you are in a position to do so.
( if it helps its for TVRs)

I dont have a blue book to hand and am trying to clarify the ruling on harnesses this year. I was led to believe that 6 pointers are now mandatory, could someone clarify for me if you are in a position to do so.

Just fit 6 pointers anyway. You'll be much better protected in a bump. I think they are only about £100 anyway, and you could sell your old ones on Ebay to a Corsa racer wannabee.I dont have a blue book to hand and am trying to clarify the ruling on harnesses this year. The Donington pit lane was designed to meet MotoGP regulations for a flat surface area around the garage fronts, prior to that update it had a conventional slope such as seen at Brands Hatch.Ideally, you should speak to people (like me) who work within pit lanes to find out what actually goes on

each section as its own pdf, you will likely need to cross-reference the specific regulations for your discipline with C(c) (safety). Since you didn't specify what discipline it is impossible to answer your question as posed.
