End Of Term awards Doo

Hi all. When we've finished the season on a Saturday at Oulton Park in the past, we've then gone on to organise the awards doo for that evening at a hotel local to Oulton that can take all the trucks and trailers securely.
This has been very successfull in the past and we've invited lots of supporters and spectators to come along as well and make the whole weekend a bit of a party. This would be Ideal for all the members of the Blackpool region TVR car club to come along to as they are sponsoring the trophies for this weekend
I've spoken to JR who thinks its a good Idea, and if Everyone else is up for it I can get the ball Rolling.
Doing it this way means you dont have to find another weekend that everyone can make, which whilst being nice to get together out of season can be a real pita to organise yet another weekend away from the Family..
So if your up for a big party at Oulton let me know and I'll Organise people to sort it out

I will be there all weekend with hopefully the tuscan ( should be built for silverstone if all goes to plan) and definetly the fun cup car if anybody fancies a go let me know its great competion ask steve hall he had a go at croft and had a big smile on his face after 90!!!!!!!!!!!!! minutes racing (more than he did all last season)

Hi Graham. Sounds good to me. As an ex pat Northerner living in the smoke, Oulton is a reasonably long haul. Adding the dinner in makes the trip much better and we still have Sunday for travelling. The Hui's are up for it
Thats the idea, we all should be there, and it saves having to find another weekend and makes a nice end to the season. We can only usually do it If we finish at Oulton as they race on a Saturday, and as you say it still gives everyone sunday to get home with a hangover

G, I don't mind helping sort this, being local an all, any preferences between the Lord Daresbury where we went in 2006 and Hoole Hall where the Tasmin series went in 2004 (IIRC)

Cheers Iain You did a cracking job in 06 .. If we go with this Idea, I'll leave it to local knowledge... I thought the 04 hotel was a nicer place but the food and bar probably better in 06 so no idea...Regards

hi there ,it is not related to your topic ,but i nthe proud owner of a tuscan ex challenge ,yellow, ex team cantral, here in nz .and need some help to confirm the chassis number tusc89/017..by a leter for respected source,, and would to know more about my car aswell . been on gossip forum and no answer......thank for your time
