I was actually strangely drawn to stay, since I'd hope that it would serverely limit the ability of him, or the FIA to do any interferring, but I then realised that Max wouldn't have any hesitation in continuing as he has done if he were to stay, so I'd like him to definitey leave.
I read that Bernie has also said he should go, which I never expected him to state in public!

I thought Bernie's timing of turning round and stabbing his "mate" in the back was typical Bernie genius - been his staunchest supporter for many years, and then at the last minute, says he should go, leaving Max little time to react - genius! You really wouldn't want Bernie as your best mate ...In Bernie's defence, Mosely had just issued a letter to the FIA members effectively warning them that if he was ousted Bernie would steal control of F1 from them. Bascially saying that he couldn't be trusted, whether that was his intention or not.
You don't piss off Mr Ecclestone like that without expecting a response. Kinda like the way you don't sue one of Rupert Murdoch's newspapers without expecting them to catch you shagging Nazi hookers for their sister publication, the News Of The World!

Germany's national motoring body, ADAC has now quit the FIA and will only come back once he has gone.
it appears that all the major players voted against him, only the small clubs which out number the big ones in terms of the number of votes they have stayed loyal to Max, sorry I should have said stayed loyal to the millions they are getting.
Personally the whole FIA is now currupt and it is time that F1 walked away from it too. If American racing series do not need the FIA, then why does the worlds biggest global motorsport event need them?

Ahh but when your support comes from the Botswana Taxicab Association, or the Zimbabwe Drivers League, or similar, those votes in my mind don't mean as much as the one which represents 100million drivers in America, or 30+Million drivers in Germany.I think the Dutch guy summed it up. The FIA bought the votes of the small groups, or should I say, McLaren inadvertently paid for them.
