Race Circuit Designers and other specialists

Hi All,

I'm doing research into who does what in the world of race circuit design & construction and wondered if some of you could point me in the right direction of relevant individuals of companies?

I'm aware of the excellent Hermann Tilke already, however I am wondering who else plays in the same arena?

A couple of years ago West Surrey Racing had a circuit design dept. Not sure if they're still doing it, though.
