Weird question but does anybody know if they are they going to auction off small items like race kit. Reason I ask is a while back a load of Midland f1 race kit and similar items went to auction and somebody I knew got some absolute bargins, like race suits, boots and gloves for half what they were probably worth.

It is used to measure components. You move the arm into the position to be measured and it takes a reading, move it to a new position and it takes another reading. It can build up a 3D picture of a component and compare it to a standard set of values for tolerances.

It can also be used to make sure parts are accurately made by measuring them.
