Assuming you need the letter for LTNZ evidence purposes, they should accept something from the TVR Car Club if you can find someone there to put pen to paper.

hi there thanks for answers, will email reid..ta. thaks don your are right , contact jim here in auck ,came to c the car and is willing to help me...good on you to build a targa car.. was my intention to compet in that event , try to go on nz tourist trophy .would be great then targa banbina and may be rotorua ...sheers p

well saw the car the other day its in bit , they try some inprovement , and is a couple of pics and a vidoe in tvrmonster , noyhg else from my side..
