What are the best F1 disabled facilities in europe?

I plan to take a wheelchair bound friend to a european GP next year. Does anyone know what track(s) offer the best disabled facilities/viewing? I really don't mind what race it is, just so long as he is able to enjoy the experience as hassle free as possible. I realise we are talking F1 here and not Wimbledon, etc, so I'm not expecting a 5 star experience, but do want to avoid any tracks that offer nect to nothing for the wheelchair bound.

The newer circuits such as Turkey have great disabled facilities but the infrastructure around them in the cities will be anything but disabled friendly.
Forget Monaco and Spa.
Best bet would be Germany. A country that is as anal about Disabled Access as we are in the UK (although your friend may dispute that!!).
You should find that the tour operators will give you the best advice and failing that, contact the charity that deals with your friend's specific disability for advice.

Silverstone has some very good viewing areas, notably at Luffield and Copse, although neither are covered, so make sure to bring a brolly...
When I went to Monza (2001) it was definitely in a lower league, but they might have moved things on since then.
I'm off to Hockenheim on Thursday so I'll give you a few pointers on the track when I get back.
Would it be worth posting on some forums for disabled people/wheelchair users to ask them what they think the best tracks are???

Might be worth giving Page and Moy a ring - I have found them helpful in the past, and they will take the stress out of it for you (although you'll pay more than if you arranged it yourself). http://www.pageandmoy.com/Customer_Support.aspx?co...
As someone said, forget Spa - too hilly. The only other F1 circuit I have been to is Silverstone, and I know they have special view areas, so that might be a good bet.
The other bit of advice I would give regardless of where you go is to get there early and be prepared to do battle. There are huge crowds at F1 races and your friend may feel claustrophobic being at a seated height in amongst the crowds.

Have you tried ringing them recently? Calls are taken in a call center with no specialist team.Anyway another circuit to possibly avoid is Catalunya. I took my friend who was on crutches and it was a nightmare!
