Help mefinda book please!

Earlier this year at the Autosport show I saw a book that was being offered for sale which had lots of photographs of and a full run down of every formula one world champion.

There were a number of versions, the most expensive of which came with a carbon fibre case, photo quality pictures and was said to be costing about £20k. I seem to remember that there was a ‘normal version’ which was about £2k and a poor man’s version for about £200 was planned. Does anyone who what I am talking about and what the name of the thing was. The same company had done a number of other such books to football clubs and so on if that helps…

I don't think they've even released it ?
In a moment of madness, I actually was thinking about buying it. The sales people at Opus didn't stop calling for months - don't think they made enough pre orders for a full print run !

I remember this, wasn't it offered as a prize on ITV's F1 coverage last year or the year before? Has the global GPS or something in the 20k version?

Don't know about the GPS thing but the site says it is due for a march '09 release. I must admit I had thought it was going to be a March '08 release.

I was thinking about there being a £200 version which i could just about justify, but it appears I must have drempt this up. The £3k one might have been on if things had gone a little differently over the last year but £20k is just a joke, especially when you see that the footie ones are iro £3k-5k for the special versions.
