Whats happening with teams in F1 next year? like STR

As with customer chassis becoming illegal afaik what's going to happen to the smaller teams next season as prodrive are no longer entering thanks to this decision. are the teams developing there own chassis?

They're safe for next season. It's 2010 and beyond that they need to worry about.

The only current team that will be affected is STR, and they've been put up for sale. Seeing as they have only minimal design infrastructure (if any), who knows what they'll do.

I'd say nil, seeing as their last attempt to race in F1 nearly finished the company...

Customer cars are outlawed in the current F1 regulations yet STR plowed a loophole that allowed the Super Aguri too.

Are we sure that the regulations will specifically disallow the case of the STR or will it just be the same regulation as it is now?

DR was sure enough of that to pull out when he had the funding behind him to run customer cars.
