F1 Shootout competition

Anybody heard of this or involved? There's no information regarding who is behind the competition, which makes it a but suspect to me. It certainly promises a lot!

Even if I didn't have racing experience and I did have a load of cash, I'd avoid that like the plague.

I hate to sound cynical, but it's a bit X-Factor for me. However for X-Factor I don't think you have to pay entry fees for the assessments.

I hate this st, they say they want the best, but if you have anything about you (and have already started racing) they are not interested....

Are you a good driver? Are you committed to you F1 dream? Well hopefully you've done fk all about it in the last 18 years or we're not interested.

Any ideas on "prize indemnity insurance"? In principal this is a good idea, but there are too many if's, plus no mention of who is involved - you could be mistaken for thinking Williams are involved, but i doubt it.
