Sneaky peak at the new Red Bull car

Red bull have posted a teaser animation video of the new RB5 car due to be released next week (Monday 9th).

Does it live up to Webber's "(The RB5 is) perhaps the most beautiful of the 2009 class, which under the new regulations was pretty difficult," comment?

I loved the look of last years Torro Rosso at the Autosport show. It looks as though Mr Newey hasn't lost his touch for visual speed.

If the film is right the rear wing is very interesting and very different from anyting already made. Ferrari style bargeboards, mr newey has been busy

The nose seems to peek above the front axle and then drop towards the cockpit. Never seen that before.

The rear of the Red Bull will be the subject of close scrutiny I believe. Williams and Toyota weren't the only teams to seek clarification over the rear diffuser regs - I think Newey will be exploiting the regulation loopholes to the absolute maximum.

Not sure if the animation is accurate to the real car, but the way the rear wing extends backward and to the ground is intruiging and will open up other avenues in the design of the diffuser.

totally misunderstood me.
Instead of RBR spending so much money on marketing and PR stuff, they could pump more of that money into the cars development. same now as always has been.
why are team budgets so huge? take away some of this PR nonesense like the redbull motorhome thingy and im sure they would save a huge amount of money.
yeah, i know redbull are all about promoting themselves, but what better way to do it than to fight for race wins rather than nice little videos?
